    SHIPPING INFO

    We provide domestic shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. May be subject to delays during sale periods and new drops.

    Our domestic shipping takes 7-14 business days. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email once shipping information has updated. 

    If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping status, tracking information, or general whereabouts of your package please email support@shopvenusreturn.com with your order number.

    All shipping costs are non-refundable.                                                                                                                                                          

    COMMON QUESTIONS

    Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally! We hope to change this soon as our brand grows.                                                                                      

    How can I track my package?

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code if the selected shipping method has tracking.

    What if I put in the wrong address?

    If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. We cannot guarantee that your address will be changed in time before shipment. Unfortunately If your order has already shipped, we are not responsible. Please email support@shopvenusreturn.com as soon as possible with your correct address.

    What if my package was returned to the sender? 

    If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for contacting us and paying the shipping cost for the package to be delivered again. We will not provide refunds for packages that are returned to us. Oftentimes packages are returned to the sender due to insufficient addresses. Please double check all addresses before placing an order.

    What if my package is lost?

    Venus Return is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

    If your package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or with the shipping courier service that was used. If a package has been delivered to the shipping address specified at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.
