    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You also have the option to pay with Shop Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay and Apple Pay.

     SHIPPING

    How can I track my package(s)?

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code if the selected shipping method has tracking. 

    I never got an order confirmation email and/or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

    An order confirmation and shipping confirmation are always sent to the email address that was entered at checkout. Often times the email ends up in the spam folder, so please check there if you have not done so already. 

    What if I put in the wrong address?

    If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. We cannot guarantee that your address will be changed in time before shipment. Unfortunately If your order has already shipped, we are not responsible. Please email support@shopvenusreturn.com as soon as possible with your correct address.

    What if my package was returned to the sender? 

    If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for contacting us and paying the shipping cost for the package to be delivered again. We will not provide refunds for packages that are returned to us. Oftentimes packages are returned to the sender due to insufficient addresses. Please double check all addresses before placing an order.

    What if my package is lost?

    Venus Return is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

    If your package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or with the shipping courier service that was used. If a package has been delivered to the shipping address specified at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally! We hope to change this soon as our business grows.

     ORDER ISSUES

    I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

    If your order has not already been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Please email support@venusreturn.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel. Please make sure to double check your order before placing it. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

    I have ordered the wrong item by mistake. Can I edit my order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders after they have been placed. We start processing and preparing orders for shipment immediately after they are placed. Please make sure to double check your order before placing it. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Something wrong with an item in your order?

    Please contact support@shopvenusreturn.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery for any issues you may have with your order. We ask to keep all jewelry in its original packaging as well as the original packaging slip in order to further investigate your order issue. In the instance your jewelry is defective, we will ask for you to send your jewelry back to us with our prepaid shipping label and we can send you a brand new one. If the item is no longer being offered we will refund you the original amount. Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any refund that is issued.


     DISCOUNTS

    What if I forgot to put in my discount?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes after orders have already been placed. Please make sure to double check that the discount code has been applied before placing the order.

    Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

    No, only one code may be used at the time of checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined.

    Why isn't my discount code working?

    If your discount code is not working at checkout, it may have expired and therefore no longer be valid. Another possible reason could be that there is already a discount code that has been automatically applied. Discount codes cannot be combined.

    How do I care for my jewelry?

    With proper care, your Venus Return jewelry pieces can remain looking beautiful for a long time. Please check out the guide below on how to take care of your specific jewelry piece.

    Jewelry Care Recommendations 

    For the longevity of your jewelry, we would encourage you to follow these recommendations  to prevent tarnishing and preserve the shine:

    • Do not expose the jewelry to harsh chemicals like household cleaning products
    • Remove jewelry before showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean
    • Refrain from using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics on jewelry
    • Remove jewelry before exercising
    • Keep jewelry dry to prevent tarnishing
    • Store jewelry properly in a dust bag, sealed plastic bag, or dry cloth bag

    Solid Gold: Solid gold (10k and 14k gold) is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor since it is the least reactive metal. 

    Sterling Silver: For sterling silver, we encourage you to wear your silver often! Silver jewelry that is worn regularly needs less care. In rare cases, silver can tarnish when it is exposed to salt water conditions and products containing sulfur. 

    If your items do tarnish despite your best efforts, it can be caused by the common reaction between jewelry and oils from your skin. Each individual’s specific skin oils can cause metals to react differently and this is completely out of our control. Unfortunately if this occurs, we cannot be responsible for returning or exchanging your item. We apologize in advance. However, there are many methods for removing tarnish from jewelry that can be easily searched for online. 

    Are your products waterproof?

    We would highly recommend not to wear them in water or expose them to chemicals in order to prevent tarnishing and preserve the shine. 

    What materials is the jewelry made of?

    Our jewelry will list the specific materials it is made of in the description. 

    925 Sterling Silver: 90% pure silver, mixed with alloys to add strength and durability

    Stainless Steel: Highly durable metal with resistance to wear and great for sensitive skin

    Rose Gold Plated: Combination of gold and copper dipped over a base metal

    Rhodium Plated: Silvery metal that is corrosion resistant dipped over a base metal

    Gold Plated: Gold dipped over a base metal such as stainless steel

    Gold Vermeil: Thicker layer of gold plating over sterling silver

    Gold Filled: Solid thick layer of gold bonded to a base metal
