    RETURNS

    All return packages must receive pre-approval. Please contact us at support@venusreturn.com to initiate the refund process.

    Requirements
    ○ Return is initiated by the customer within 30 days of delivery date.
    ○ Returned items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
    ○ The item(s) is mailed back within 14 days of return authorization.
    ○ You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

      Non-returnable items

      ○ All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
      ○ For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings or ear cuffs.
      Items with custom engraving are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. These custom items cannot be restocked and resold.

                Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any refund that is issued. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

                Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

                If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

                All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.

                 

                LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

                If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@shopvenusreturn.com.

                 

                EXCHANGES

                We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

                Please contact support@shopvenusreturn.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery for any issues you may have with your order. We ask to keep all jewelry in its original packaging as well as the original packaging slip in order to further investigate your order issue. In the instance your jewelry is defective, we will ask for you to send your jewelry back to us with our prepaid shipping label and we can send you a brand new one. If the item is no longer being offered we will refund you the original amount. Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any refund that is issued.


                LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

                We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.If your package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or with the shipping courier service that was used.
